Your satisfaction is our priority. When you order from us, each product is backed by our 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it to us, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund; the choice is yours. Return postage is your responsibility; please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.

All our products are guaranteed for a minimum 1 year against defective workmanship or materials. Any product treated in accordance with the care instructions given and found to be defective within this time will be replaced or repaired at our discretion free of charge and we will refund the cost of return postage. A charge is made to help with the post and packing costs of 20% of the total order value before VAT (UK sales tax).

For customers in the UK post and packing contribution is limited to a maximum of £4.95 and a minimum of £2.50 per delivery address.

For customers outside the UK who do not pay the UK sales tax the 20% charge covers airmail postage world wide. Time in transit varies from 5 - 6 days for Europe and North America to 7 - 10 days for the Pacific region.
