How do I use the Nasal Spa® Sinus Irrigator?
Empty a sachet of Nasal Spa Nasal Cleansing Salts into the re-usable Nasal Spa bottle, add lukewarm water and mix the solution. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, open your mouth wide and remove your finger from the cap. The solution will gently flow into the nostril, rinse round the septum and nasal passages and return through the other. Dried mucous, pollen and pet allergen, dust and bacteria are removed and sinuses cleansed. Relief is often instant.

How do I use the Nasal Spa® Spray?
The Nasal Spa Spray makes sinus irrigation simple any time, any place. Simply squirt the Nasal Spray a couple of times into each nostril to moisturise and cleanse the nasal passages. Each handy 20ml bottle of Nasal Spa Spray gives 140 metered doses which lasts 6 months from first use.
The Spray has a unique patented silver filter in the spray head to keep the solution free from contamination without the use of preservatives.

I started using Nasal Spa cleansing salts about 18 months ago on the instructions of my surgeon folowing a FESS sinus operation. It gave a wonderfully fresh and clean feeling to a recovering nose and certainly made breathing easier. I continued using the salts as a prophylactic and because I enjoyed the fresh feeling, though less regularly. But daily after a second sinus op on the other side. Now use it regularly (and more frequently after a cold), simply because I feel better afterwards and in a hopeful way to prevent infection.

I had been suffering from constant colds for many months and was prescribed various drops. When this did nothing a further investigation found chronic infection and polyps. Stronger drops failed to correct the problem and my sense of taste and smell went around April this year. I was referred to an ENT surgeon who suggested surgery to remove the polyps as well as having my septum straightened and sinuses flushed. He recommended your salts with a nasal douche after the operation to keep the lining of my nose clean and clear of infection. Now I've got the hang of it I find it most refreshing and I use a sachet every day to cleanse both nostrils.
