Anyone with asthma or eczema, rhinitis or sensitivity to chemicals knows the misery of long nights spent awake with allergy symptoms. Itchy or watery eyes, blocked or runny nose, coughing, tight-chested wheezing, postnasal drip and hot angry skin flare-ups can all ruin a decent night's sleep.
A common trigger for these reactions is an allergen found in the microscopic droppings of house dustmites, minute creatures that thrive in the warm dark humid environment of your mattress, pillow and duvet.
To kill dustmites and destroy their allergen.you need to enclose your mattress in an allergen-proof cover and wash pillows and duvets at a minimum 60°C(150°F).
